Hello, I’m John Dunn, CCIM, RPA and I am the broker/owner of Dunn and Company, LLC and I would like to personally welcome you to our web site and tell you a little about myself and my associates.

I have been in the real estate business since 1982. I’ve bought, sold and managed a wide range of properties, from single family homes, duplexes, apartments, medical and office building to mobile home parks.

I graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. I hold the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. Also, I hold the “Certified Commercial Investment Member” (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serve on the local chapter’s board of directors. I am a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute and have served as a graduate assistant to several instructors. I am also active in the community and have served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Denver Tech Center Kiwanis Club.

I’m married to my beautiful wife Debra and we have two sons Monte and Jake.

Craig Cook is a graduate of Kansas State University, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and an active member in numerous investment organizations, including the Denver Board of Realtors, the Mile High Exchangers and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to real estate, Craig was self employed for ten years as a design consultant, specializing in architecture, construction, design, art and furniture. Rhett Adams was born in Pueblo, Colorado and is a fourth-generation Coloradoan. She attended Pueblo schools and earned degrees in marketing and Western architectural history from the University of Colorado and Colorado State University.

Rhett has a keen understanding of the Front Range area and is an expert on its history and the development of its neighborhoods. Rhett has lectured for the Colorado Historical Society on late nineteenth century Colorado architecture and is an authority on the work of William Lang. Rhett has traveled extensively throughout the state and has lived in Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Rye. She truly “knows the territory.”

In addition to her broad knowledge of the area, Rhett has a sincere interest in people and a genuine willingness to help them through the complex process of buying a home. Rhett and her husband, Matt, live in Denver and have two children. She is involved in her children’s activities, is an award-winning graphic designer and is an unabashed country western music fan.
